1. The biosurfactants produced by Pseudomonas strains can be characterized by mass spectrometry. 2. The precursor ion scan allows the identification of new probable species of rhamnolipid. 3. The LC-MRM methods are a powerful tool for comparison of rhamnolipid production of Pseudomonas strains.
