摘要

A rapid five-minute method based on UPLC-MS/MS using positive ESI ionization was developed for the simultaneous analysis of 12 water-soluble vitamins. This method replaces separate, lengthy methods for vitamin analysis. Results showed good separation, recovery, linearity and sensitivity in infant formula matrix. Use of the standard-addition method eliminated the need to evaluate the matrix effect, responsible for signal ion suppression. This LC-MS/MS method is expected to have potential applications for analysis of other food matrices, including dietary supplements and beverages.
