摘要

One-dimensional HPLC coupled with high resolution mass spectrometry is demonstrated to be a potent tool for differential proteome analysis and toxicity creening. Using long gradients, exclusion list sand three replicate analyses we were able to identify approx.1,000 proteins in 15 h. Detection of reporter ions using HCD allows reliable quantification of differentially expressed proteins and therefore the identification of possble biomarkers. We further plan to improve the number of identification sand quantifiable proteins by the combination of different data base search engines.
