Analysis of inner and outer membrane proteomes in Escherichia coli

摘要

The present work introduces a new platform for the analysis of the membrane proteome. In the present study new protein complexes were identified compared to the previously reported studies [1], and insights into functional context of membrane protein complexes were inferred. The pipeline can be used to explore membrane proteomes of any organism.
