摘要

Human plasma selenoproteins cannot be identified by a classical bottom-up proteomic approach. 2) A sensitive method based on LA-ICP-MS of PVDF membrane was developed and successfully applied to the detection of selenoproteins at physiological concentrations. 3) Human plasma selenoproteins were identified after plasma depletion or immunoprecipitation with antibodies by multiple high quality MS/MS peptide matching. 4) Proteotypic peptides were identified for SeIP and GPX3 quantification.
