摘要

A novel high throughput solid phase extraction method was developed and validated for use in conjunction with UPLC-ES/MS/MS and isotope dilution for the detection and quantification of DEHP and its monoester metabolites. This method will be used to relate internal exposures of metabolites and bioavailability of DEHP in exposed monkeys to better understand any toxic effects associated with exposures from medical devices.
