The Use of PNGAse F for deglycosylation of plasma proteins has been demonstrated as a viable approach to reduce co-depletion. In the future, the number of unique proteins identified in plasma as a result of deglycosylation and column condition will be investigated. In the future, other plasma treatment strategies will be investigated. The identification of disease phase-related or treatment phase-related low abundance proteins using the chemical treatment strategy will be investigated.
