摘要

This study elucidated the liver LD proteome in fed and fasted state. Gene ontologies were mapped for LD proteins and found to differ between fed and fasted states. TM analysis showed statistical significant enrichment of 1TM in LD proteome. Mettl7A was found to be a new LD protein. Blast2Go analysis showed differential enrichment of transport proteins. Mapping to KEGG showed up-regulation of proteins of the urea cycle in fasted condition.
