摘要

The time-course study of neuropeptide degradation in tissue and circulating fluid is performed for the first time, which provides a potential mechanism regarding the underlying reason for large diversity of neuropeptides. Differential spatial distribution of neuropeptide isoforms is studied by imaging MS.
