摘要

Increased numbers of myeloid derived suppressor cells (MDSC) are commonly found in cancer patients and MDSC have been associated with tumor progression. Monocyte chemotactic factor-1 (MCP-1) has been implicated as one factor involved in expanding thenumbers of MDSC. We hypothesized therefore that serum MCP-1 concentrations would be increased in dogs with lymphoma and that dogs with high MCP-1 concentrations would have higher monocyte counts and shorter survival times.
