摘要

In this paper, the numerical simulation of deep-drawing thermal forming of TC1 titanium alloy was done by using software STAMPACK under different temperature. The influences of temperature to the rectification hood's forming quality were discussed. It is not difficult to see that temperature is an important factor for deep-drawing thermal rheological forming. By analyzing the results of forming limit curve(FLC) and forming limit digram(FLD) curves of the thermal forming process, higher quality products could be obtained at higher temperature. Numerical simulation researching results provided an important guideline in manufacture, improved the performance of parts and heightened the qualified ratio of products.
