Ergonomics Steering Team brings site-wide participation with management support. Need team members with: 1) Enthusiasm about ergonomics and their work 2) Knowledge about ergonomics (or trainable) 3) Availability to commit to 3 or more hours a month to their involvement on the team. The Team is a fun, win-win, partnership between ergonomists and employees to leverage risk-reduction initiatives throughout the company.
