To efficiently utilize resources, companies can streamline their ergonomics program and involve the end users in the process. A self-serve, try-before-you-buy approach to product selection is a practical way to influence employees who will benefit from proactive improvements. Product showrooms and trial programs cut down on wasteful spending and engage workers in the ergonomics improvement process before, or even instead of a one-on-one evaluation. This session looks at the experiences of large and medium sized biotech companies as they work to continuously improve the ergonomics culture at their sites. Specific successes and challenges are presented in order to share best practices with the audience.
