Effects of Chinese Values on Chinese Employees' Work Performance

Chinese Values were assessed and examined in relation to Chinese employees' work performance which included four dimensions : work dedication, work communication, team work, and work efficiency. Data were collected from 223 full-time employees in southern China. Chinese Values were highly and positively correlated with the four work performance dimensions, and also turned out to be a strong predictor of these performance dimensions. Implications and future research were discussed.
