Establishment of learning organization in exploratory learning based on social software

Despite the growing popularity of the term ‘learning organization’, there are few writings on the topic concerning education, especially exploratory learning, which is an effective learning approach to improve students’ abilities. We have developed a platform composed of three kinds of social software, and have used it in exploratory learning, with the theory of learning organization as guidance. One of the aims of the article is to illustrate our strategy of establishing learning organization. This article also describes the corresponding factors of exploratory learning, such as introspection, self-surpassing, collaboration, and self-reorganization. In the final section of the article, brief suggestions are made for researchers of this field.
