Oscillations of Some Equations and Inequalities of Second Order and Applications in Mechanics

We begin with oscillation results for the following equations and inequalities:A_Z"(t)+∑~(n)_(i=1)θ_iz'(t-T_i)+∑~(n)_(k=1) β_kz(t-σ_k)+Bz(t)andA_Z"(t)+∑~(n)_(i=1)θ_iz'(t-T_i)+∑~(n)_(k=1) β_kz(t-σ_k)+Bz(t)where A>0, B>0, i0, i0, i = , nN, k0, k0, k = , ?N are constants. Further, we give some mechanical approaches concerned with an equation of a pipeline as well as with a mathematical model of a polishing system with a hydrocylinder.
