In this paper, Author concretely analyze the flood lighting application and the optical system of flood. Firstly, many photometric test is done to find suitable lamp source in flood light. Secondly, base on multi-surface reflect method, carving up the reflectivity plane to make different function area, then, the special shape reflector and refractor will be designed to orient ray trace to aim at different lighting area. Thirdly, by means of improving and validating the optical property of reflector material and refractor material, the requiring reflectivity and refractive index of material become high, the manufacture process of reflector is controlled, the orientation of ray trace is oriented exactly, the total efficiency of fixture is improved, it will save electric energy and decrease lighting expense.
