1. We developed L6 adaptor which transfers CLAS/SSR to RTK observables by calculation at NRP located near from RTK rover Rx and drive it from outside. L6 adaptor prototype verified CLAS static performance is 2.2 cm rms (horizontal) and meets spec. Dynamic performance also seems satisfactory. 2. L6 adaptor can serve as an attachment to professional RTK Rx and application software for smartphones to utilize CLAS/SSR. 3. When cell phone infrastructure downlinks CLAS/SSR, smartphones with L6 adaptor and RTK APPs may lead new IoT by about 20cm rms positioning accuracy without improvement of GNSS chips. 4. We therefore strongly wish GNSS chip manufacturers publish I/O interface to access raw measurement data. Should the I/O interface publication be difficult for some reasons, GNSS chip with built-in RTK processor is a minimum requirement from application point of view. 5. We further pursue our L6 adaptor approach to both smartphones and infrastructure to develop new market and try to make "show case" of cm through 20cm rms geospatial society in Japan.
