Writing Assignments for an Internship Course

摘要

Internship courses enable students to put into practice the knowledge, skills, and techniques that are important for career success. Making writing assignments a major and integral part of internship courses can help students better achieve the educational objectives of internship courses and improve their thinking and communication skills. Both reflective and formal writing assignments can be valuable and effective. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the two major writing assignments (a journaland a term paper) that students complete in an internship course taught by the author. Copies of course materials related to the assignments are also included.
