摘要

The helically coiled pipe including 8 kinds of parameters for JP50 hose reel irrigator were simulated by CFD software in this paper. The changing rule of pressure loss for hose reel irrigator was researched, the relationship of friction coefficient between helically coiled pipe and straight pipe with the same diameter and length was obtained. The friction coefficient equation which has specific physical interpretation for hose reel irrigator was established through data fitting and regression. In addition, the experimental validation is conducted, and the result shows that, the equation established in this paper basically agrees with the experimental conclusion and the maximum deviation is 9% in common operating conditions when the numerical resultis in comparison with the experimental data. It proves that the friction coefficient equation established in this paper using CFD simulation has a certain practicability. The work in this paper lays a solid foundation for loss calculation of helically coiled pipe in working process.
