The system has a helical coiled pipe section (18) lying in an exhaust line for creating a rotational flow in an effluent stream, and comprising an elongated cross-section. The helical coiled pipe section rotates around a longitudinal axis (20) of the pipe section. The helical coiled pipe section is provided with two symmetry axes that are vertically arranged with each other. The symmetry axes comprise an elliptic or rectangular section. The ratio of the two symmetry axes of the elongated cross-section of the helical coiled pipe section lie in a range of 1.5:1 to 3:1.
