The phase transition temperatures and piezoelectric properties of x(Bi{sub}(1/2)Na{sub}(1/2))TiO{sub}3-y(Bi{sub}(1/2)Li{sub}(1/2))TiO{sub}3-z(Bi{sub}(1/2)K{sub}(1/2))TiO{sub}3 (x+y+z=1) (BNLKT 100y-100z) ceramics were investigated. BNLKT100y-100z (y=0-0.08) show the morphotropic phase boundaries between rhombohedral and tetragonal around y=0.18-0.20. MPB compositions showed large piezoelectric properties, however, depolarization temperatures, T{sub}d, were low. On the other hand, BNLKT4-28 with tetragonal composition shows comparatively high T{sub}d and d{sub}33 of 227°C and 147 pC/N, respectively.
