摘要

Radioimmunotherapy (RIT) is a developing and promising technique for the treatment of small tumors. This technique consists in injecting patients with a specific radiolabeled vector (an antibody or a hapten) able to target and to destroy selectively tumor cells (Figure 1). The bifunctional chelating agent is a key element of RIT: it is required to form a stable complex with the radionuclide, and to link this complex to the immunospecific vector.
