Simple, efficient and selective deuteration with a flow chemistry approach

摘要

Deuterium-labeled compounds are currently widely used as research tools in the life, environmental and material sciences and they have gained numerous important applications. The conventional synthesis of deuterated compounds suffers from various drawbacks such as difficulties in gas handling, the necessary of cryogenic conditions, the production of radioactive waste or a large quantity of metal sludge, enormous time consumption etc.
