Polymer-dopant-nanocomposites with improved physical properties

摘要

In microsystem technologies four basic groups of materials have been established: silicon, polymers, metals and ceramics. For the realization of special applications, combinations of physical properties represented by the above mentioned individual material classes are necessary. As an example the addition of nanosized organic dopants to polymers allows the modification of the polymers physical properties enabling the realization of functionalized polymers with new application fields.
