The particular charm of contemporary information technology can inspire study interesting of students, improve the quality of teaching, and open a door to the reformation of educational and teaching. The contemporary information technology with the teaching theory establishes the base of education and teaching reform, its development improves the revolution of classroom communion. The combination of multimedia and network inspires the public teaching and teamwork study; the multimedia teaching design accelerated the reform of the education revolution.
