摘要

Cisplatin is a widely used anti-cancer drug in the treatment of ovarian cancer, but most patients acquire drug resistance that compromises the efficacy of drugs. Understanding the mechanism of drug resistance is urgently needed for finding new therapeutic targets. The aim of the present study is to identify targets which mediate cisplatin resistance in ovarian cancer cells and to understand molecular mechanisms underlying drug resistance.
