摘要

Significant differences are observed in different ink brands. PEG was prominent in the inks. Further optimization of the method will be performed to remove or minimize PEG to ensure other compounds are not suppressed and to obtain optimal chemical coverage of the ink compounds. NMR provides a complimentary method to confirm ink ingredients such as solvent. Additional chemical shifts will be identified to determine other compounds detected by NMR in the inks. Chemometric data from NMR will be used to identify major clustering features within the inks. LC/HR-MS data will be used to further characterize and identify unique features within the major clusters of inks.
