A rapid quantitative GC/MS/MS method was validated on an Agilent 7890A/7000 GC/MSMS utilizing a Phenomenex ZB-1MS capillary column (15m × 0.25mm i.d. × 250μm film thickness). This method included baseline detection and quantification limits, and dynamic ranges for each target analyte. The method described has been validated for nine G-series and six V-series agents and sulfur mustard (HD) in chloroform Method quantitative dynamic concentration ranges for all analytes extended over ≥3 orders of magnitude. GC/MS/MS method sensitivity, i.e. LODs, LOQs, were improved for all agents as compared to GC/MS method capabilities.
