The method developed permits the GC-C-IRMS confirmation analysis of glucocorticoids: 1. Without derivatization; 2. Without any additional sample treatment (oxidation step of the side chain); The method is fully integrated in the routinemethod for AAS. The detection of cortisone administration using THS or PD as ERC was possible for at least 24h.
