摘要

The negative ion mode ESI-MS fingerprinting method is capable of discerning distinct composition patterns in order to characterize the dry extract and to reveal important details about its polar and acidic chemical composition. The mass spectra acquired were considered very distinctive, containing characteristic sets of ions. On-line ESIMS/ MS of ion markers provided an additional dimension of fingerprinting selectivity, allowing the structural characterization of marker components of the dry extract obtained from grapes seeds.
