Effect of the preparation mode and structural characteristics of partners on the relative abundance of the HB and SB forms. Hard conditions: 1. Reduced number of charges carried by aggregates may induce analyte molecule folding for charge solvation. This favors ZW due to the ambident character of arginine and therefore, the formation of SB within charged aggregates. Thereby, the SB form detection is possible. 2. Decrease in H~+/Na~+ exchange results in enhanced detection of cationized species (in the presence of alkali metal cations).
