摘要

We established online supercritical fluid extraction-supercritical fluid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (SFE-SFC-MS/MS) using single continuous extraction and separation under dark anoxic conditions, overcoming the laborious work and throughput of existing methodologies for in-depth analysis of LPLs. Our novel SFE-SFC-MS/MS methodology is highly applicable to lipidomics, providing not only a new analytical benefit to this field but expectedly also to fields such as biomarker quantification, pharmacokinetic studies and therapeutic drug monitoring.
