摘要

A p-phenacyl-8 reaction coupled with LC-MS method with moderate sensitivity, selectivity and throughput was established for the detection of five highly polar, UV-insensitive and carboxylic acid-containing naturally-occuring herbicidal compounds including hadacidin, mevalocidin, gabaculine, phosphono acetate and coronatine. This method may be extended to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of other carboxylic acids in complex biological matrix.
