LC-MS based metabolite fingerprinting and profiling of a traditional Chinese medicine YANG XIN formulation

摘要

This work represents the identification of 18 chemical markers for the 18 plants of YANG XIN formulation and the quantification of 16 markers using high resolution mass spectrometry to determine the variation of chemical markers' contents in three different samples.
