Automated Affinity Capture and Rapid On-Tip Digestion to Accurately Quantitate in vivo Deamidation of Therapeutic Antibodies

Using the fully automated rapid affinity capture and digestion protocol coupled with LC-MS, we profiled the deamidation levels of a therapeutic antibody dosed in monkeys over three months. The procedure can be expanded to other applications that require targeted protein quantitation.
