20 proteins in cortex and 21 in medulla were significantly changed by administration of tobramycin, of these proteins, seven (GSTP1, LYZ, NQO1 from cortex and HPX, HADH, ACAA1, PECR from medulla) are strongly associated witrh proximal tubular toxicity.
