摘要

Osmolality normalization for urine samples reduced the individual variation and ensured that the same total amount of metabolites was injected in each sample for the fair comparison between disease group and control group. Features detected in human patients showed larger varations and P-values than the data from two mouse models. More urine samples are being collected with multiple hormone-treated time points for obstruction mouse model.
