Mass spectrometry based serum protein profiling of depleted and undepleted serum

摘要

MS- based serum profiling, particularly for undepleted digest is a straight forward approach for a quantitative comparison of high abundant proteins as well as monitoring of potentially important post translational modifications (PTM). The differentially expressed proteins of interest will be further investigated in a larger clinical cohort and the results will be validated by a targeted approach.
