摘要

Electromigration separation in the capillary enhances ESI-MS analysis of volume limited samples, such as single cells. Electromigration followed by ESI coupled with IMS further increased the molecular coverage of the ions from complex biological samples. Future studies include optimization of electromigration separation times and voltages for the analysis of single mammalian cells.
