摘要

Naturally processed Infliximab derived peptides were identified across 9 donor samples mainly in the variable heavy chain (VH). Most of the peptides span CDRs; While few peptides were isolated from all donors (mainly peptide sets 3 and 4), the data show HLA-DRB-variability in processing and presenting drug-specific peptides; We are currently assessing the reproducibility and sensitivity of MAPPs for use in internal projects.
