ORTHOGONAL FAST AND ULTRA-FAST REVERSE PHASE CHIRAL LC/MS METHODS FOR THE ANALYSIS OF STEREOISOMERIC PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOUNDS

The 3 micron Chiralpak & Chiralcel CSP columns showed good performance under reversed phase LC/MS conditions: (1) The columns exhibited moderate back pressure, allowing fast & ultrafast analyses on a conventional LC/MS system (2) Columns are compatible with MS-friendly low- and high-pH mobile phases and are mechanistically stable under high flow rates (up to 4 mL/min) and high temperature (up to 50°C) (3) All columns exhibited good reproducibility (no cleaning step was required)
