Detection of parent and metabolites of ATZ, EE, and PhIP in positive mode LC-QqTOF-MS/MS; Optimized separation of polar metabolites on PFP(2) column; Phase I and phase II metabolites of all three compounds identified from microsomal incubations by high resolution mass spectrometry and predictive metabolite searching using MetabolitePilot; Isotope labeling allows confirmation of real metabolites (removing false positives) as well as some indication of where metabolism is occurring.
