摘要

Results from internal standard proteins as well as Western blot analysis indicate that the employed proteomic approaches accurately predict relative protein expression. A comparison of Drosophila proteome responses to the three alpha-synuclein genes indicates that there is low overlap among the differentially expressed proteins. Fat body protein 1 may offer a general biomarker for the diagnosis of presymptomatic PD in the Drosophila models. Protein interaction network analysis indicates that many dysregulated proteins are involved in a single complex network, which may provide insight into molecular pathways underlying PD at the presymptomatic stage.
