Two Dimensional Achiral/Chiral LC/LC/MS System with Multiple Mass-trigger Functions for Streamlined Purification of Enantiomeric Compounds

Our newly designed 2DLC/MS system can successfully perform achiral/chiral separation and fraction collection within a fully automated sequence, reducing turn around time significantly. Our on-column fraction drying process can successfully resolve mobile phase compatibility issues between two dimensional chromatography. By incorporating two trap columns, run time is further reduced.
