Released N-glycan & N-glycopeptide MS analysis allowed for both a direct and indirect analysis of IgA1 glycoforms for both sites of attachment. ECD FT-ICR MS/MS analysis of candidate glycopeptides was critical in the correct assignment of the tryptic fragment. Different N-glycans were observed between the two IgA1 samples.
