Differential phosphoproteomics of multiple adhesion proteins using reversed-phase C18 LC-MS/MS and TiO_(2) phospho-enrichment

An average of 70percent amino acid sequence coverage was obtained for the four cell migration proteins from each sample preparation. Seven phosphosites were observed for the fibronectin-grown sample and nine were observed for the suspension-grown sample. All of the phosphosites had been observed from individual studies of each protein. TiO_(2) enrichment will be modified to separate the singly phosphorylated peptides from the mixture of multiply phosphorylated peptides.
