Application of FT-MS to elucidate degradation pathways of therapeutic proteins

摘要

Deamidation of an antibody can be detected by FT ICR mass spectrometry at intact polypeptide level after IEX separation. Deamidation sites can be identified by LC-MS/MS peptide mapping. Detection of deamidations without IEX fractionation seems only possible via detailed simulation of isotopic pattern & charge envelope.
