摘要

The novel methodology described here is based on combined quantitation and identification of proteins using a hyphenated analytical chain including nano-LC, a dual channel Laser Induced Fluorescence ( LIF) device optimized for Cy3 and Cy5 fluorescence detection and nanoESI-Qq-FT-ICR MS and MS/MS. Sensitivity in the attomole range has been demonstrated. The scope and limitation of this new methodology are currently tested on biological samples, particularly on human plasma.
