摘要

The identification and quantification of cytochromes P450 (CYP) and UDP-glucuronosyltransferases (UGT) proteins, performed on the genomic and proteomic levels, is important for the studies of toxic effects of chemicals, drug interactions and metabolism, and cancer. In this work a reverse-phase LC method has been developed for membrane protein fractionation and enrichment to improve mass spectral detection and identification of CYPs and UGTs.
